Registration > Fees

* For each accepted paper, pre-payment of the registration fee by one of the authors is required.

* Full registration can cover up to two accepted papers.

* Reduced (student/retired) registration can cover one accepted paper.

The registration fees described above in relationship with the in-person attendance will equally provide access to the virtual conference platform. Due to the organization costs incurred, the cancellation or (partial) reimbursement of restration fees is not allowed.

The in-presence registration allows to participate free of charge to the following components of the technical and scientific program:

• A tutorial session on Monday July 18th. See details on the IFAC CAO 2022 Tutorials page for the three available sessions.
  
• A visit of the Large Scale Research Facility -- Synchrotron Soleil -- taking place on Tuesday, 19 July.

The social part of the IFAC CAO program includes:

• Opening ceremony
• A cultural visit on the Gif sur Yvette valley
• A visit to Versailles
• The gala dinner during a cruise on the river Seine
• The farewell ceremony
  

The registration fee includes the lunches and the coffee breaks.

Accompanying person fee allows access to the social part of the conference but doesn't provide access to the scientific part of the event.
